Smart Parkering Sverige AB currently handles parking supervision, operation, and management of garages and parking facilities. We do this on behalf of property owners, housing cooperatives, and property management companies. We provide smart, customized digital and environmentally friendly solutions, as well as the market's most customer-friendly platform. We are active in several locations across the country with our headquarters in Stockholm. With a focus on environment and technology, we are creating the parking of the future!

The Role

We are now looking for more colleagues for our assignments in the East region to continue developing the parking industry. The work as a parking attendant is characterized by "freedom under responsibility," where you independently monitor our customers' facilities to promote traffic safety, increase accessibility, and improve the living environment.

You will be employed and based out of our office in Norrköping. The work will involve shifts in other parts of the region, such as Norrköping and surrounding areas, Linköping, Örebro, and nearby towns.

Examples of your tasks include:

  • Monitoring facilities by car and on foot.
  • Checking that parking regulations are followed.
  • Ensuring correct and clear signage is in place within the area.
  • Issuing control fees in case of violations.
  • Assisting parkers on-site with parking-related questions.

We believe you have a sense of detail, are good at communicating with other people, and have street smarts. Furthermore, we see that you find it easy to maintain good order, can independently plan and organize your work, and have a sense of quality. Qualifications:

  • Valid Category B driver's license for manual cars for at least 2 years.
  • Very good knowledge of Swedish and English.
  • High school diploma.

Employment

The position is full-time, with shifts scheduled during the day, evening, and night throughout the year. Start date by agreement, and the employment begins with a 6-month probation period.

The work starts with an internal training of approximately one to two weeks regarding the laws and regulations concerning parking and signage (private land). A police certificate of good conduct is required upon employment.

Salary and employment terms are based on collective agreements. The base salary for new employees (first 6 months) is 27,004 SEK according to the collective agreement.
