Do you want to work as an Information Security Specialist in assignments where IT security, public benefit, and advanced systems are in focus? Apply for the role at Combitech in Stockholm and Linköping and contribute to developing secure solutions within defense, critical infrastructure, and complex IT environments.

What we offer

At Combitech, we invest in our employees; they are the core, the brain, and the heart of our operations. We do this, among other things, by investing in your competence development, making it easy for you to combine work with everyday life, and offering other great benefits.

Here, you work on assignments at the forefront of Swedish information and IT security, where what you do actually makes a difference. You contribute to strengthening Sweden's defense and protecting critical societal infrastructure by building robust and secure IT environments. At the same time, you get the opportunity to develop in complex and meaningful assignments with high demands where your competence truly shines.

The role

As an Information Security Specialist, you work as a consultant on assignments for customers within the defense industry and vital societal functions, where information security is crucial for the operation's functionality.

You drive and support work regarding the accreditation of IT systems and prepare risk assessments and decision support materials prior to operation. In the role, you ensure compliance with regulations such as KSF, ISD, PMFS, and customer-specific security frameworks.

You participate in and lead reviews and consultations, working closely with architects, technical specialists, and the business. You also contribute to establishing and further developing information security structures in complex environments with high requirements.

Since the position involves work covered by defense secrecy, you are required to undergo and pass a security clearance with register check.

Selection will take place after the application deadline due to summer holidays. We look forward to receiving your application!

What we are looking for

We are looking for you who are confident in your competence, take responsibility for your delivery, and thrive in a consultant role where you need to create structure even in ambiguous assignments. You are communicative, build trust over time, and can stand by your assessments in dialogue with the customer. You have a good ability to translate requirements into practical documentation and thrive in environments where the demand is high and quality is crucial.

You have education in a relevant field and several years of experience in information security. You have worked with risk management, compliance, and security requirements in complex IT environments and have a good understanding of frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, or equivalent. You master both Swedish and English languages well in both speech and writing.

It is meritorious if you have experience with accreditation work within FMV (Swedish Defence Materiel Administration), the Swedish Armed Forces, or similar operations, as well as knowledge of KSF, ISD, PMFS, or SAAB's internal frameworks. Experience working in environments covered by the Security Protection Act is also a plus.
