As a security guard at Avarn Security, you have an important mission to create a sense of safety and maintain order in both public and private environments. The role involves preventing and handling situations that may threaten security, as well as intervening in disturbances in accordance with current laws and regulations. You are responsible for checking access, monitoring areas, and ensuring that visitors follow established rules. The role also includes handling conflicts professionally, documenting incidents, and collaborating with the police and other authorities when necessary. The job places high demands on judgment, responsibility, and the ability to act calmly and efficiently even under pressure.

Qualifications

We are looking for trained security guards who are security-conscious, service-oriented, empathetic, and have inner confidence along with a natural drive to help. You must be a trained security guard with a valid security guard permit.

In addition to the personal qualities we seek, you must meet the following basic requirements to qualify for the position:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Good command of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Class B driver's license
• Completed security guard training within the last three years with a passing grade

You must also be free of criminal record*, drug-free, have sound finances, and be in good health and physical condition to be employed by Avarn Security.
