We are expanding our team with 2 parking attendants holding a Public Law Parking Enforcement Certificate (OPV) for our area, based out of our office in Norrköping.

About the role
As a parking attendant with us, you have an important function and are offered a varied and enjoyable job with great freedom under your own responsibility. The work involves parking enforcement within an assigned area (municipal land). Through your presence in the field, either in an enforcement vehicle or on foot, you provide the service and assistance needed to ensure parking regulations are followed. Together, we help ensure high satisfaction and good accessibility. The job offers a lot of variety, great freedom, and significant responsibility.

For example, you will:

• Monitor your work area by car and on foot.
• Check that parking rules are followed.
• Ensure that correct and clear signage is present within the area.
• Issue control fees when necessary.
• Assist our customers on-site with parking-related questions.
• Assist our customers on-site with questions regarding our digital services.

One position is a permanent full-time position with start date upon agreement. Hours vary according to the schedule, and night and weekend work may occur. We apply a 6-month probation period.

The second position is a temporary position (vacancy cover) on a full-time basis, with great chances of becoming a permanent position in the future. Start date upon agreement. Hours vary according to the schedule, and night and weekend work may occur.

About you

To fit the role, you have a positive attitude, social skills, and act with good judgment. You have a systematic and careful approach with an eye for detail; taking responsibility comes naturally to you – you are simply an honest, helpful, and vigilant person who makes people around you feel safe.

Requirements for the position:

• Valid Category B driver's license
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Public Law Parking Enforcement Certificate (OPV)
• Previous experience from a service profession

Merits:

• Previous experience as a parking attendant
• Previous experience in security
