About the Position

You will primarily work with security guard duties, but depending on your competence and experience, assignments within crowd control, parking supervision, and retail loss prevention may also occur.

Experience in protective or port security services, as well as bodyguard experience, is meritorious.

The work is primarily carried out in Norrköping, but assignments may also take place in other parts of Östergötland.

Responsibilities

Examples of common tasks include:

• Patrolling and area surveillance
• Alarm response and measures
• Static guarding
• Property on-call duty and safety on-call duty
• Locking up shops and service assignments
• Parking supervision and retail loss prevention

Requirements and Qualifications

• Valid security guard training (VU1/VU2) or other relevant education (e.g., OPV, orderly guard)
• Category B driver's license
• Good Swedish language skills (spoken and written)
• Good English language skills (spoken and written)
• Good ability to handle stress and remain calm in pressured situations
• Basic technical understanding of IT support and reporting systems

You are meticulous, reliable, and independent with high integrity.

You find it easy to collaborate, communicate, and switch between service and authority when the situation requires it.

Since the work sometimes involves property on-call duty, you should be practical and able to perform simpler measures.
