Job Pitch

Do you want to work administratively with master data in our purchasing department? Then you could become our new colleague in our dedicated master data team! The position is a fixed-term contract starting immediately and running until April 2027.

Your Role

As an administrator, you handle the master data that forms the basis for all our articles and suppliers within assortment and campaigns. You have many internal contacts and collaborate closely with other departments within us, as well as with other Lidl countries. You are part of a dedicated team of 6 people.

Other tasks in the role:

• Ensuring our business systems are updated, that information is correct, and that it is communicated internally
• Compiling ongoing reports and evaluations within purchasing
• Checking purchase contracts compiled by contract administration
• Supporting project managers in the implementation of new projects, system support, and similar.

In your role, you report to the Group Manager for Master Data.

Your Profile

We are looking for you who have completed upper secondary education and are interested in working within the master data area. You thrive when you get to engage in administrative tasks and want to work in a dynamic daily life where things happen.

In addition, you have:

• A structured, solution-oriented, and meticulous work approach, as well as the ability to quickly switch between different tasks
• Good system familiarity and experience handling data. It is meritorious if you have worked in Google Sheets/Excel and other business systems
• Good teamwork skills, but also enjoy working independently.
• A well-developed numerical sense and good knowledge of the Office package, especially Excel.
• Good communication skills and very good knowledge of Swedish and English in both speech and writing. Knowledge of German is meritorious
