About the role
This role is located at our headquarters in Solna, with access to facilities including a gym, pool, and jacuzzi. As a Payroll Specialist here, you will become a vital part of our dedicated team, with colleagues located at one of our offices in Gothenburg. We work together to ensure that approximately 11,000 employees within Nobina's Swedish companies receive their correct pay on time, a task that makes a real difference in everyday life.
You will have independent responsibility for payroll administration within one of our geographical areas and will work closely with the business, both managers and employees. The role covers the entire payroll process, from handling executive and collective agreement salaries to producing statistics and reports used as decision-making support. An important part of the role is also to ensure that all procedures comply with current laws, GDPR, and tax legislation.

About you
We are looking for someone who is meticulous, structured, and accustomed to working independently, but who also values collaboration and team spirit. You thrive in a role where you can combine attention to detail with a holistic perspective, ensuring high-quality deliveries even during periods of high tempo.
As a person, you are confident in your competence, solution-oriented, and have a natural ability to build trust in your interactions. You have an interest in developing routines and processes and are happy to share your knowledge with colleagues.
We would like you to have:
- At least 3 years of experience in payroll administration or similar tasks
- Experience handling salaries for both unionized employees and executives
- Good knowledge of laws and agreements within the HR and payroll field
- Very good command of Swedish, both spoken and written
- Good system proficiency, preferably with experience in system administration and pension management.
- Experience with the payroll system Aditro L and the time management system Quinyx is a plus.
