FMTIS Technical and Maintenance Office Command Systems (TVK Ledsyst) in Enköping consists of approximately 190 employees across seven divisions. The unit's main task is the development and management of the Swedish Armed Forces' command and information systems throughout their entire lifecycle, during both war, crisis, and peace.
Main Responsibilities
In the role of Technical System Leader, you belong to a section within the Secure Systems division. This section will grow and develop in line with the Swedish Armed Forces' increasing needs. The area of responsibility related to the role covers IT security components and IT systems within the total defense.
As TSL, you will:
- Plan, budget, and direct operations and maintenance activities
- Prepare and lead handover activities
- Support other functions in procurement and decommissioning activities
- Monitor and report on operations and maintenance activities
- Monitor and report on the status of supply logistics
- Process departure cases
- Support other functions in maintenance matters
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications
Several years of experience working with information security, preferably in the form of requirements specification for IT systems and/or accreditation work
- Several years of experience working with authentication, access controls, and log management
- Several years of experience working with governance management
- Academic education focused on IT, systems science, or equivalent - alternatively, long experience with equivalent knowledge acquired in other ways, within or outside the Swedish Armed Forces
- Good ability to communicate orally and in writing in Swedish and English
- Category B driver's license

QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience from the defense industry, the Swedish Armed Forces, or FMV
- Experience managing systems in large organizations
- Experience with budgeting and financial monitoring
- Methodological competence and experience with process-oriented working methods (e.g., ITIL, SAFe)
- Knowledge of and experience with ILS (Integrated Logistics Support)
