At Aimo Park, we believe that future mobility is created through innovation, sustainable solutions, and a strong focus on people's needs. As the leading mobility partner in the Nordics, we continuously develop new services that make everyday life easier for our customers, from parking and electric vehicle charging to smart, connected mobility solutions.

Behind every parking facility, charging station, camera, and payment solution is technology that must work every day. We are now looking for a System Technician who wants to help ensure the operation of some of the most widely used parking and mobility solutions in the Nordics. Here, you will have a varied role where you work closely with the technology, solve real-world problems, and contribute to creating a smoother and more sustainable everyday life for hundreds of thousands of people.

About the role

As a System Technician, you work with the installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and upgrade of technical equipment in our facilities. The role is broad and combines networking, hardware, and software. You will be based at our office in Uppsala but work across the entire MITT business area. The position therefore involves some travel.

You will move between different facilities within the business area, working both practically on-site and with remote system monitoring. No two days are alike, and you are responsible for planning and prioritizing your work based on business needs.

Examples of tasks:

  • Configure parking and charging equipment
  • Update software in technical systems
  • Troubleshoot networks, communication, and connected equipment
  • Install and replace switches, gateways, and other network equipment
  • Work with cameras, charging boxes, intercom systems, and access control systems
  • Document installations and troubleshooting
  • Monitor system status through various monitoring tools
  • Perform preventive maintenance
  • Participate in projects for new installations and upgrades of technical solutions
  • Collaborate with suppliers, property owners, and internal functions
We believe you have
  • At least five years of experience in technical service work or a similar technical role
  • Experience in troubleshooting technical systems
  • Good understanding of Ethernet-based networks (LAN/WAN)
  • Experience in installing and replacing technical equipment
  • Ability to analyze problems at the system level and find sustainable solutions
  • Experience with documentation and technical reporting
  • Valid driver's license (Category B)
  • Good proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

It is an advantage if you have worked with any of the following:

  • Parking technology
  • Camera systems
  • Charging infrastructure
  • Access control systems
  • IoT devices
  • Network equipment such as switches and gateways
  • Monitoring tools and remote monitoring
Who are you?

You are someone who enjoys understanding how technology works and is driven by solving problems when things do not function as they should. You thrive working independently, planning your own day, and taking responsibility for ensuring tasks are completed with high quality. At the same time, you value collaboration with colleagues, suppliers, and other stakeholders to find the best solutions together.

We believe you are curious and have a genuine interest in technology, which means you are eager to seek new knowledge and stay updated when new solutions and working methods are introduced. You are meticulous in your work, good at prioritizing when the pace is high, and maintain focus even when multiple things need to be handled simultaneously. Above all, you take ownership of your work and are driven to find solutions rather than getting stuck in problems.

We offer

A responsible role within a stable company. You will join a dynamic and changing industry with opportunities for personal and professional development.
