You will have the opportunity to broaden your competence both within your own area and for the regiment as a whole. You are given the space to solve assigned tasks to the required level and take the time needed to solve your tasks in the best possible way. Our workplace is characterized by a family feel, community spirit, and strong trust in the employee's competence.
- Time, opportunity, and tools to deliver results in your work tasks.
- An annual education plan that you have significant influence over, to deepen your competence.
- Competent and driven colleagues working towards a common goal.
- Opportunity to train up to 3 hours per week during working hours. At our company, training is a work task.
- The work takes place on-site, but we place great emphasis on work-life balance, with the possibility of flexible working hours.
Personal Attributes
We are looking for someone who not only has a genuine interest in technology but is also motivated by meeting other people and has a sense of order and structure. As an Operations Technician, you often serve as the link between complex IT systems and users, which places high demands on your ability to provide good service and problem-solving skills.
You are unpretentious in your approach to colleagues and are prepared to solve everything from complex technical challenges to simpler IT-related matters, such as installing or troubleshooting clients.
The tasks within the regiment may sometimes change with short notice. This requires you to be flexible, have good prioritization skills, and maintain your calm and good humor even during periods of high workload. We value your ability to be a team player and your curiosity to develop technically.
