About the Department: FMTIS Technical and Maintenance Office, Management Systems (TVK Ledsyst)
TVK Ledsyst is primarily responsible for the procurement, configuration management, and maintenance of the Swedish Armed Forces' management and information systems throughout their entire lifecycle – from development to decommissioning, in both war, crisis, and peace. Currently, approximately 190 people work at TVK Ledsyst across seven departments. The Swedish Armed Forces and the unit are undergoing strong growth, which presents us with new challenges and assignments.

Main Responsibilities

The Security Solutions Section focuses on the management of IT and information security products, management systems for higher classification levels, and is responsible for the management, design, and new development of national and international secure and robust systems as well as IT security products. Within your area of responsibility, you will plan, direct, budget, and monitor the development and maintenance deliveries of internal and external resources, with a special focus on product and function development.

As Product Manager, you are responsible for product and function development by:

• Planning and budgeting operations in the short and long term.
• Coordinating and leading maintenance and development activities.
• Monitoring and reporting on status, progress, and economy.

Requirements

Qualifications

• University degree in Systems Science, IT, or Data. Alternatively, long experience with equivalent knowledge acquired in other ways, within or outside the Swedish Armed Forces.
• Experience in coordinating product development and function development with internal or external suppliers.
• Experience working with IT security and information security, or alternatively robust and interoperable systems.
• Good ability to communicate orally and in writing in Swedish and English.
• Valid driver's license (Category B).

• Experience from the defense industry, the Swedish Armed Forces, FMV, or other government agencies.

• Experience in technical management and/or handover and quality review of systems.
