About the Workplace

At the Social Services Administration in Enköping Municipality, we work together to help residents of Enköping who are in difficult and vulnerable life situations in various ways.

We have close leadership and are constantly actively developing the organization. As a foundation for our approach, we have chosen Motivational Interviewing (MI) for those we serve. Part of our leadership structure is that we work in cross-functional teams between departments. With approximately 160 employees in the administration, we have good prerequisites for effective internal collaboration.

Responsibilities

Do you want to be part of our team and develop our digital working methods and ensure that our systems support high-quality social work? Are you curious and enjoy meeting the needs of operations?

We are looking for you who want to combine operational understanding with IT competence and who are passionate about development, structure, and the opportunity to provide good service. At the Unit for Operational Support and Quality at the Social Services Administration, you will have the opportunity to be one of the key figures in the administration's digital development, working closely with both operations and the IT department. In your role, you will influence and improve working methods that benefit many, while being part of a context where collaboration, development, and quality are in focus. Your main tasks:

  • Support the transition to the new Social Services Act and other legislative changes.
  • Identify operational needs and areas for development regarding digital tools, systems, or other IT solutions.
  • Handle error reports, create routines and plans for incident management.
  • Ensure quality follow-up and statistics from various systems on a regular basis.
  • Work with the further development and management of existing systems.
  • Follow and support case processing in the administration's various systems and suggest areas for development.
  • Work on creating templates, texts, and participate in system procurements.

Qualifications and Merits

We are looking for you who have:

  • A degree in Social Work or other relevant higher education, or alternatively post-secondary education in another area that the employer considers equivalent for the position.
  • Experience from social services or similar welfare operations.
  • Interest in IT and good system familiarity.
  • Knowledge of Lifecare and Flexite.
  • Experience in system administration according to EM3.
  • Very good understanding of operational execution and how operational systems support the core mission of Social Services.

It is an advantage if you have:

  • Previous knowledge of Stratsys, KLASSA, and Selfpoint.
  • Experience with Power BI.

Therefore, you must present an extract from the criminal record register before an offer of employment.
