We are looking for you who are responsible, solution-oriented, and goal-driven, while also being service-minded and always keeping the customer in focus. You will work with receiving, registering, categorizing, and prioritizing cases via phone, portal, and email, from both customers as well as internal and external users.

Responsibilities:

• Resolve incoming cases with customer service and security as the highest priority.
• Handle orders such as permissions and accounts.
• Coordinate and communicate solutions developed in collaboration with the customer's system and technical managers, both internally and with suppliers.
• Continuously contribute to improving daily and long-term work and take responsibility for your own development.
• Contribute your expertise to the team.
• Collaborate with customers and suppliers.

Qualifications:

• Experience in technical support or customer service.
• Motivation to work with continuous improvements.
• A sense of helping others.
• A burning interest in technology.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts in a simple way to different stakeholders.
• Relevant education and/or certifications are meritorious.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both in speech and writing.
