E-identitet is looking for you who wants to build and manage a robust, secure, and reliable platform for a better digital everyday life. E-identitet is the market's leading and safest provider of services for login, authentication, and signing, as well as proxy services, where we ensure that "you are you". As the hub between humans, technology, and digitalization, we enable millions of users to log in securely using any method.

Your role

You have overall responsibility for our Kubernetes clusters and ensure that the developers' path from commit to production is fast, secure, and reliable. You will become a key person for operational safety and performance.

In this role, you will among other things:

  • Own and operate the infrastructure, including design, upgrades, and changes

  • Operate and monitor Kubernetes clusters regarding node and cluster health, resource utilization, and workloads

  • Manage deployments via ArgoCD and maintain GitOps repositories with infrastructure as code

  • Manage secrets and certificates in HashiCorp Vault and administer Harbor for container registry, vulnerability scanning, and access control

  • Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines with a focus on speed, reliability, and security

  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks at the infrastructure level

  • Set up and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting, as well as define key service level indicators

  • Be responsible for incident management, root cause analysis, and follow-up after incidents

  • Containerize applications and tune workloads for Kubernetes

  • Support service architecture and improve the developer experience from commit to production

Who are you?

To succeed in this role, we believe you:

  • Have practical experience with Kubernetes clusters in production

  • Have experience with ArgoCD/FluxCD, Helm, and Git

  • Have experience with HashiCorp Vault for secret management

  • Have experience with container registries, such as Harbor, including image scanning

  • Have knowledge of containerization and debugging applications in Go and/or PHP

  • Have experience with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code, such as Terraform

  • Enjoy collaborating, sharing knowledge, and solving problems together with others

  • Speak and write fluently in Swedish and English

It is an advantage if you have experience with:

  • Cloud environments such as AWS, GCP, or Azure, or operation of on-prem clusters

  • Service mesh, ingress controllers, or API gateways

  • Scripting in Bash or Go

The headquarters is located in central Uppsala, and we also have offices in Gothenburg, Söderhamn, and Stockholm. This role will be based in Uppsala, and we apply hybrid work.
