Our Operations

IT at the Swedish Medical Products Agency consists of the Digitalization Unit (DIG) and the Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, and User Support Unit (CIA). DIG currently has around 90 dedicated employees who, together with CIA, take a holistic approach to the agency's digitalization.

We work close to the operations and deliver accessible, stable, and secure IT support that provides concrete benefits. We have a relatively large portion of in-house development, and our teams continuously develop both working methods, technology, and tools with a focus on quality, collaboration, and learning.

Your Responsibilities

Here, you will work in cross-functional teams where testing, requirements, development, and operations collaborate closely and learn together.

The role includes:

• Planning, coordinating, and executing testing activities together with the team
• Leading and facilitating acceptance tests together with users
• Following up on, analyzing, and documenting test results
• Designing and ensuring the quality of test cases
• Maintaining and expanding existing automated test suites
• Verifying tests, identifying deviations, and driving defect management
• Performing exploratory testing to discover unexpected behaviors
• Ensuring a holistic perspective in testing and identifying areas where test coverage can be improved
• Contributing to the development of working methods for testing and test automation
• Developing the organization's testing and requirement setting for Low-Code and automations

Your Background

We are looking for someone who has:

• Post-secondary education in IT, systems science, or equivalent work experience as assessed by the employer.
• Several years of documented experience in testing within agile development teams
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

The following are meritorious:

• Experience in quality assurance of Low-Code, preferably Oracle APEX
• Experience with robot automation in, e.g., UiPath
• Experience in test management or testing of information systems for regulatory or administrative processes within the healthcare sector
• Worked in tools such as Azure DevOps or equivalent
• Experience with quality management systems and regulatory processes such as GAMP5 or ISO 9001
• Certification in testing, e.g., ISTQB or equivalent
• Experience with accessibility testing (against guidelines according to WCAG or EN301549)

You need to have strong personal drive and take initiative to move the work forward.
