The Organizational Office is part of the System Administration Unit, which is the Swedish Armed Forces' organization for managing IT systems, applications, and master data. The unit's task is to maintain and develop secure and robust IT systems with the aim of supporting the Swedish Armed Forces' operational capability. The System Administration Unit is an interesting and dynamic operation that offers a good work climate with dedicated employees.
About the Section
The Organizational Office is part of the Master Data Department. The section's main task is to ensure that the decided organization within the Swedish Armed Forces is present in the PRIO (SAP) system at the right time and in the right place.
The section supports the Headquarters and manages organization-related master data in the PRIO system. The main task for the section is to analyze incoming material regarding organizational changes and verify that they comply with the Swedish Armed Forces' operational rules. Quality assurance is performed to ensure that organizational changes are feasible considering system technical limitations. The section has a consultative role regarding organizational changes towards all units across the country and conducts training on organizational management.
