The Swedish Armed Forces Telecommunications and Information Systems Corps (FMTIS) is looking for a new colleague to join the System Administration Unit (SFE) in Enköping. SFE administers and develops the Swedish Armed Forces' IT systems/applications and master data. Our main task is to ensure the functionality and security of the systems, that the information is secure, correct, and accessible, thereby contributing to the Swedish Armed Forces' operational capability. We consist of approximately 200 employees and a large number of consultants distributed across 6 departments.

System Administration Unit, Department PRIO

Main Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop SAP HCM
• Support the Swedish Armed Forces' operations in system and user matters
• Plan and participate in development and administration work
• Participate in several projects and activities to increase the digitalization of the Swedish Armed Forces' HR area

REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications

• Several years of experience with SAP HR/HCM as an application specialist, systems analyst, or developer
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA
• Good ability to express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish
• Good teamwork skills

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience working with agile frameworks
• Previous experience from the Swedish Armed Forces or another government agency, or alternatively, experience from another large organization.
