We are looking for a driven and experienced IT Technician who thrives in a dynamic environment and combines technical expertise with a strong service-oriented mindset.

You will be the first point of contact for our users, responsible for receiving, analyzing, and resolving incoming IT-related issues. You will work systematically with troubleshooting, prioritizing, and following up on cases, while ensuring a high level of service.

• Good knowledge of Windows environments, Microsoft 365, and user administration
• Basic knowledge of networking
• Ability to troubleshoot both software and hardware
• Experience with remote support tools
• Very strong communication skills in Swedish and English
• At least 2–3 years of experience working in a service desk or IT support role

• Experience with AV equipment
• Experience with macOS
• Basic knowledge of Android and Apple devices
• Experience from the life science or other regulated industries

Start: Immediately or as agreed

Scope: Full-time, working hours 8:00 – 16:30

Location: On-site at the headquarters in Uppsala
