We are now looking for a Scrum Master who wants to strengthen our development teams and join us on our ongoing transformation journey towards a modern, flexible, and future-proof technical platform.

About the role

As a Scrum Master here, you will play a central role in creating good conditions for our teams to succeed. You will coach, guide, and support approximately 20 developers in agile working methods and contribute to developing solutions that create real value for our users in the green industry.

Our teams develop and maintain several in-house systems that are important for Swedish agriculture. Some solutions are already built on modern tools and technologies, while others are in an exciting phase of change where we are modernizing older systems and ways of working. Here, you will have the opportunity to influence working methods, collaboration, and forward development.

What you will do here

• Coach and support the teams in agile working methods with a focus on learning, improvement, and delivery.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and follow-ups.
• Help the teams remove obstacles and create conditions for focus, progress, and quality.
• Contribute to close and constructive collaboration between teams, product owners, and other stakeholders.
• Drive the development of working methods, team dynamics, and continuous improvements.
• Inspire the teams to create customer value and take responsibility for common goals.

You do not need to know everything about agriculture from the start, but we believe you are interested in understanding our operations and how digital solutions can make a difference for Swedish farmers.

To succeed in the role, we see that you have:

• Relevant education in areas such as systems science, IT, or equivalent experience from working life.
• Several years of experience working in an agile development environment, for example as a Scrum Master, agile team leader, developer, product owner, or similar.
• Good understanding of how development teams function and what is required to create effective collaborations.
• Ability to handle obstacles, changes, and incidents in a structured and solution-focused manner.
• Interest in team development, facilitation, and continuous improvements.
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.

It is meritorious if you have practical experience with Scrum, SAFe, or other agile frameworks, but most important to us is that you have the right drive, collaboration skills, and willingness to develop together with us.

Scope and location: The position is a permanent full-time employment located in Eskilstuna or Uppsala.

Salary and start date according to agreement.
