Your Role

Together with our curious and innovative teachers, educators, and staff, we at Innovitaskolan want to make a difference for our children and students, for every future.

We are now looking for you who are passionate about the mission of the leisure-time centre (fritidshem) and want to contribute to our ongoing quality work regarding leisure-time centre activities. We have come far and achieved excellent quality results – but we want to go even further!

We are now offering a 100% position as a Leisure-Time Centre Teacher, starting in late August 2026. Your responsibilities include driving the development towards all-day learning, contributing to our ongoing quality work within the leisure-time centre, and strengthening the collaboration between school and leisure-time centre. During the school day, you will serve as a recess supervisor, student resource, and teach music.

You will be part of a team with other colleagues, and together you will be co-creators of our leisure-time centre development.

Your Profile

We are looking for you who have relevant education and professional experience.

Therefore, we are looking for you with a strong personal commitment to learning and who are driven by exploring new methods and techniques in teaching through collegial collaboration. As a person, you are receptive and wish to guide students towards the future. You are also creative, structured, and believe, as we do, that collaboration is important.

We are looking for you who have experience working as a Leisure-Time Centre Teacher and who thrive in a workplace with a high level of trust and freedom. You are well-versed in all chapters of the curriculum, with a special focus on Chapter Four.

About the School

Innovitaskolan Motala, formerly Karin Boyeskolan, was founded in 2003. In 2021, the school became part of Innovitaskolan and AcadeMedia. The school is an independent preschool to grade 9 school with a leisure-time centre and 390 students. The staff group consists of approximately 40 employees led by the principal and deputy principal.

Our Premises

Our premises for students in preschool class to grade 6, as well as the leisure-time centre, are located at Folkparksgatan 15. Here we have a large schoolyard and are close to green areas and the forest in Bondebacka. For the older students in grades 7–9, the school is centrally located at the travel centre.
