About Us
Vårdcentralen Åsidan is located in Nyköping, close to beautiful nature, and offers excellent commuting opportunities with easy access to the train station and the E4 highway. Approximately 50 employees with a wide range of competencies work at the health center. Our work climate is open and characterized by participation, short decision-making paths, collaboration, community, and trust. We have approximately 11,500 registered patients and offer varied work where you meet patients of all ages and from different cultures.

Your Responsibilities
Our administrative unit currently includes four medical secretaries. One of our colleagues is leaving after the summer, and we are now advertising for a replacement medical secretary. We are looking for you who want stimulating and varied administrative work. Among other things, you will work with dictation and medical record keeping in Cosmic, staff our secretary chat for administrative questions, handle bookings and prescription matters, be part of a cross-professional care team, call patients from waiting lists, administer e-services on 1177.se, handle mail and referrals, scan, take minutes, and staff our reception.
Your Qualifications
We are looking for a trained medical secretary, doctor's secretary, or healthcare administrator with good knowledge of medical terminology. You will play an important role in contacting our patients at the reception and should have a good sense of service and patient interaction. The work pace can vary, and you have the ability to step up when needed. You are a language police officer who loves to write but dislikes spelling mistakes and other grammatical errors. You have a cheerful disposition, good collaboration and communication skills, and you question unnecessary work methods as a natural part of the improvement process rather than doing things out of habit. Experience with Cosmic is meritorious but not necessary. We place great emphasis on personal qualities.
Employment Type
Permanent full-time position. Start date according to agreement.
