You lead with engagement, coach your employees, and create structure in everyday life. The role involves close collaboration with the client's representatives, where you ensure that operations run efficiently and deliver according to high expectations.

You work both strategically and operationally – with an eye for details and the big picture, quality, and experience.

  • Coach, support, and develop the team in daily work

  • Work systematically with working environment, safety, and well-being
  • Follow up on deviations, document, and work on improvements
  • Contribute to the further development of the service experience and create added value in the client's everyday life

What you bring

  • Experience from service operations within one or more of the areas: reception, office service, switchboard, or similar
  • Previous leadership experience or experience as a team leader, coordinator, or supervisor
  • A natural sense for hospitality, structure, and communication
  • Ability to create engagement and collaboration within the team
  • Solution-oriented approach and a strong sense for quality and details
  • Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Our offer – more than just a job

With us, you get the opportunity to grow in a dynamic environment where every role counts. We offer:

  • A flexible and learning organization

About the position

  • The position is full-time with a start date to be agreed upon
  • Permanent employment with a 6-month probation period
  • Location: Södertälje

Apply by August 7th. Apply via our recruitment system – we do not accept applications via email. The recruitment process may be slightly delayed due to the summer holiday period.

For this role, we will conduct a background check on the final candidate. The final candidate will be informed and will need to give their consent before the check begins. Please note that all employees within Sodexo must undergo identity validation before employment begins.
