The Care Unit (VE) for Ophthalmology is part of a joint care area within the business area of Dermatology, Reproductive Medicine, and Ophthalmology. The operation, with approximately 250 employees, is located in Malmö and Lund and is at the forefront regarding both basic and specialist training for doctors. Extensive research is conducted at the Department of Ophthalmology at Lund University. In addition to the core operations in ophthalmology in Malmö and Lund, we provide regional healthcare for Halland, Kronoberg, and Blekinge. RESPONSIBILITIES

We are now welcoming an administrator who wishes to join our team and be part of our excellent work climate! The position is a fixed-term employment for one year with the possibility of extension.

As an administrator with us, you are offered varied work with the opportunity to influence your work situation. Initially, your tasks will mainly consist of work in our reception, where the patient meeting is in focus. In the long term, work in our production center may also become relevant. Here, all referral handling, booking to all our clinics, rescheduling, cancellations, and coordination take place. The production center is the hub of our operations, where the entire patient journey begins.

Within the VE Ophthalmology Secretariat Lund, we work to maintain high service and accessibility towards both our patients and other colleagues. QUALIFICATIONS

We welcome you who have administrative education and experience in administrative work. You have good knowledge of Swedish, both in speech and writing. It is meritorious for the position if you have prior experience from ophthalmology as well as knowledge of the systems Webb-Pasis and Melior.

We are looking for you who are responsible, have an interest in people, and are easy to create good relationships with. You have good collaboration skills and enjoy variety in your workday. We place great importance on personal suitability.
