RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Customer Service Administrator, the telephone is your primary work tool. You will receive orders and handle and resolve delivery issues regarding consumable products within diabetes, incontinence, and special foods. In this role, you receive many calls from prescribers, healthcare staff, as well as patients and their relatives. During ongoing calls, you work in several systems and applications simultaneously while helping the customer with their case. You are our representative and ambassador to our customers, and the work is performed on-site at our office.

The Customer Service unit works actively to develop continuously using a structured approach based on the Lean model. You participate in the unit's development by identifying and reporting deviations, reflecting on solutions, and contributing to improvement work.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you with a completed and approved upper secondary education. You have current experience in customer service where you have daily helped many customers with cases, for example in order reception or customer service. The position also requires good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, as well as being a proficient user of Microsoft 365 and able to work in several applications during customer interactions. It is an advantage if your customer service experience involves handling at least 40 incoming telephone calls per day.

Your attitude is positive, and you gain energy from providing service and interacting with customers via the phone. You work in an environment where you actively listen to the customer, ask relevant questions, register data in the systems, and steer the conversation towards closure by providing necessary information. You handle customers in pressurized situations by being objective and empathetic in your flexible working style. For the assignment, it is important that you have a holistic view where good collaboration is a given, while also having the ability to work independently.

You should be able to live by and follow our values: welcoming, driving, caring, and respectful. Since we are keen on finding a colleague who will thrive in and complement our current work group, we place great emphasis on personal suitability.

We apply rolling selection in this recruitment. The position may start with a probationary employment. Interviews are planned to be conducted on August 10, 12, and 13. We look forward to getting to know you!

We warmly welcome your application today!
