Responsibilities
In the role of Technical Salesperson, you are responsible for driving sales in your area through both direct customer handling and the development of distributor networks. You work closely with customers on technical applications and are involved in the entire sales process, from needs analysis to quote and deal closure. The work is varied and takes place both on-site with customers and in dialogue with suppliers regarding customized solutions.
Your tasks will include, among other things:
- Build and develop a distributor network for compressed air instruments
- Handle and develop direct customers within gas flow and gas regulation
- Identify new business opportunities and drive deals from start to finish
- Work closely with customers on technical solutions and applications
- Represent the company at customer visits, trade shows, and events
You will be based out of the office in Lund and report to the CEO. The role involves approximately 25–30 overnight stays per year.

Your Profile
We are looking for you who have technical understanding and experience working with B2B sales within the industry. You thrive in an independent role where you take responsibility for your business and build long-term relationships with customers. You are a person driven by creating new contacts and developing existing business in a technically oriented environment.
To succeed in the role of Technical Salesperson, we would like you to have:
- Technical background, for example within process, energy, or mechanics
- Experience in technical B2B sales
- Experience with industrial solutions, measurement technology, or instruments is an advantage
- Good skills in Swedish and English
