In the role of Customer Service Representative, you will handle incoming inquiries from customers via phone, chat, and email. You will often be the customer's first point of contact with the company, meaning you must be service-oriented and skilled in communication. We are looking for a cooperative person with strong communication skills. You are passionate about providing good service by being attentive and accessible to the customer. You are also structured and detail-oriented, able to prioritize and remain solution-focused even when the pace is fast. As a person, you are positive, engaged, and have a natural flair for service. You remain calm under pressure and always work with a goal-oriented mindset to deliver the best possible results.

Responsibilities

• Answer and resolve issues via incoming calls, emails, and chat messages.
• Provide professional and friendly support to resolve customer inquiries.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer-related matters.
• Administration and documentation.
• Maintain customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience from service roles such as retail or customer service.
• Interest in working and communicating with people.
• Good computer and system proficiency.
• Good knowledge of both Swedish and English.
• High school education.

A driver's license and access to a car are considered meritorious for this position.
