Basic Requirements

To be considered for our candidate bank, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• A Bachelor's degree in Social Work (210 ECTS credits).
• At least two (2) years of experience as a social worker.
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Professional demeanor and ability to work independently.

Advantageous Experience

It is advantageous if you have experience from one or more of the following areas:

• Authority exercises within social services, e.g., children and youth, financial assistance, or adult/addiction services.
• Investigative work according to the Social Services Act (SoL), the Care of Young Persons Act (LVU), the Care of Abusers Act (LVM), or the Support and Service Act for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments (LSS).
• Experience working in psychiatry, correctional services, or residential care homes (HVB). Previous experience as a consultant or staffing social worker.
