We are looking for an experienced and communicative Change Manager with a focus on customer journeys and journey transformation for a role in Stockholm. This role is suitable for you who are accustomed to leading change initiatives in large, cross-functional organizations and are passionate about creating clear, sustainable customer and employee experiences through methodical change management.
The position is a consultancy role via Lernia, based in Stockholm. Start date is by agreement, and the assignment is fixed-term with the possibility of extension depending on business needs.
About the Role
As a Change Manager / Journey Transformation specialist, you will support program and project management in designing and implementing change activities related to customer journeys and digital initiatives. You will be responsible for planning and delivering communication, training, stakeholder management, and adoption strategies to ensure the change is anchored and delivers the desired impact.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Develop and drive change management plans linked to journey and customer experience initiatives
- Map stakeholders and create tailored engagement plans
- Design and deliver communication, training materials, and adoption tactics
- Facilitate workshops, user testing, and co-creation sessions to validate customer journeys
- Support the measurement of adoption, behavioral changes, and business value, and report status to the steering group
- Collaborate closely with UX, product owners, project controllers, and IT to ensure holistic delivery
- Identify risks and dependencies and propose actions to minimize resistance and maximize impact
About You
Formal Qualifications
- Relevant university degree or equivalent work experience in change management, behavioral science, UX, or similar
- 8-12+ years of experience in change management within large programs or transformation initiatives
- Documented experience with journey mapping, service design, or similar methods
- Proficient in developing communication and training materials and leading workshops
- Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English, both verbal and written
Preferred Qualifications
It is an advantage if you have experience with:
- Certifications or methodologies in change management (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter)
- Working in agile environments and collaborating with product teams
- Analyzing and monitoring adoption via KPIs and user data
- Tools for journey mapping, UX research, or learning platforms
As a person, you are structured, relationship-building, and solution-oriented. You have the ability to build trust at all levels, can prioritize in complex environments, and thrive driving both strategic and operational work to ensure sustainable change.
