To our Payroll Unit at Tiohundra, we are now looking for a driven and experienced payroll consultant with responsibility for training in the payroll area and scheduling. As a central part of our team, you will have the opportunity, in addition to handling payroll issues, to train and develop our managers and administrators in this area. About the position

You will have an exciting and developing role as a payroll consultant with a focus on training. Here you will have the opportunity to use your strengths, share your knowledge and at the same time continue to develop in your professional role.

In the long term, a large part of your assignment will consist of training and supporting both managers and employees within the organization. You will become an important knowledge resource that contributes to increased competence and security in matters concerning payroll and staffing planning.

The role also includes providing qualified advice, creating good communication with the business operations, and ensuring high quality in the payroll process and staffing planning. You will have a varied daily routine where you make a real difference by combining specialist knowledge with a pedagogical approach.

Your responsibilities include among other things:

• Work in and train users in the payroll system Heroma
• Training in the permission system IDA (On- and offboarding)
• Standard tasks within payroll administration
• Ensure quality in payroll processes

About you

For this position you need:

• Post-secondary education in payroll or economics, or alternatively work experience that the employer finds equivalent
• Several years of experience working as a payroll consultant
• Driver's license
• Very good Swedish in speech and writing

It is meritorious if you also have:

• Knowledge of the payroll/HR system Heroma
• Pedagogical education
• Previous experience of holding training
• Experience of PKS work (Production and capacity control)
• Knowledge and experience of creating and maintaining routines, cheat sheets, and templates
• Knowledge in creating pedagogical instructional videos
• Knowledge of Tiohundra's collective agreement General Provisions, Special Provisions for Doctors, and the PAN agreement

At the Payroll Unit, we are currently five people and we provide professional support to the company's managers and employees in all matters regarding payroll, agreements, laws, and staffing. We work with the whole picture from employment processing to payroll payment and have close cooperation with our managers, HR, controllers, IT, etc.

We are part of Tiohundra – the complete care company in Roslagen.
