About the Role

You will join a comprehensive efficiency program in a society-critical operation where the focus is on shortening lead times, strengthening flow efficiency, and developing sustainable working methods. The assignment involves building long-term internal capability in improvement knowledge and change management, while supporting ongoing initiatives to move from method and analysis to concrete results in the operation.

You will work in a knowledge-intensive organization with many dependencies between functions, processes, and IT support. Here, you combine the roles of educator, coach, and advisory expert, becoming a key partner to the business, managers, and program leadership. This is a role for you who wants to influence working methods, capabilities, and effectiveness in a complex environment.

Responsibilities
  • You plan, develop, and deliver training initiatives in improvement knowledge, Lean, flow efficiency, and related working methods.
  • You coach change agents, teams, and managers in their development and improvement initiatives, from analysis and prioritization to implementation.
  • You support the business in translating theoretical models and methodology into practical daily application.
  • You act as an advisor to project managers, managers, and program leadership on matters concerning business development and change work.
  • You facilitate workshops, analysis work, and follow-ups to create momentum, alignment, and clear priorities.
  • You contribute to establishing common working methods and structures for systematic improvement work and stronger internal capability.
  • You monitor and visualize the effects of implemented improvement initiatives, including goals, key performance indicators, and ongoing business control.
Requirements
  • You have at least 15 years of documented experience in business development with a focus on Lean, improvement work, flow development, and change management in complex organizations.
  • You have at least 10 years of documented experience in training managers and change leaders in improvement and development work, including the creation of customized training materials, method frameworks, and train-the-trainer setups.
  • You have at least 10 years of experience coaching teams, managers, or internal change leaders in the implementation of development or improvement initiatives.
  • You have experience leading at least 8 assignments within state or public sector operations that included the development of working methods and implementation in line organizations in knowledge-intensive operations, of which at least 3 assignments must have covered at least 10 organizational units or equivalent complexity.
  • You have documented experience applying agile working methods in combination with business architecture and digitalization, including the interaction between processes, organization, and IT support.
  • You have experience from at least 3 assignments in the public sector regarding service orientation and the development of service deliveries in complex organizations.
  • You speak and write Swedish fluently.
  • Ability to undergo and pass a security clearance (requires Swedish citizenship, dual citizenship is not accepted).
Merits
  • At least 2 years of experience leading larger transformation or change programs within state or society-critical operations, as well as translating improvement methodology into concrete results in operational activities.
  • Experience from at least 5 assignments working advisoryly towards management and program leaders within business development or change work.
  • Experience from at least 1 assignment developing and delivering training initiatives in Lean and flow efficiency in society-critical operations in the last 3 years.
  • Documented experience in developing, directing, and optimizing case-intensive and knowledge-intensive operations, including workflows, production control, capacity planning, KPIs, and continuous business control.
