The role

As a Senior AI Strategist, you will play a central role in building, selling, and delivering next-generation services to our customers within industry, defense, and society-critical operations. The role spans both business development and implementation. You will work closely with customer executive teams and senior decision-makers to define ambitions and direction on where AI can create the greatest value, translating this into solutions that deliver real impact in the short and long term.

You will actively contribute to building our business around the vision "The home for human superpower" with the mission "Leading with impact, shaping the future of Swedish industry," where we create value and drive continuous change with long-term and sustainable effects by focusing on customer needs.

What we are looking for

We are looking for you who have approximately 5-10 years of relevant professional experience in areas such as management consulting, AI strategy, digital transformation, product management, or service development – with clear experience in generative AI in business-critical contexts. You have experience in building, packaging, and delivering AI-driven services or solutions within generative AI for executive teams, decision support, and business development. You can lead customer dialogues with senior stakeholders regarding AI strategy, use case prioritization, operating models, governance, and value realization. You combine an understanding of LLMs, AI applications, and modern AI ecosystems with strong business drive and the ability to build trust with senior stakeholders.

As a person, you are receptive, analytical, and curious with strong communication skills. You are used to taking a leading role in processes and enjoy working in teams.
