About the role

We are looking for a meticulous, service-oriented, and driven person for the role of Fund Desk Specialist. You will be responsible for receiving and processing fund orders from customers, registering them in internal systems, and ensuring that payments are made correctly and on time. The role requires high attention to detail, structure, and the ability to work under time pressure.

Responsibilities

  • Administrative work within Back Office / Fund Desk
  • Receive and process fund orders from customers
  • Register orders in internal systems
  • Ensure correct and timely payments
  • Work in a structured and solution-oriented manner under time pressure

We are looking for someone who

  • Has good administrative experience and experience in customer contact and service
  • Has fluent English skills in both speech and writing (business English) – Swedish is meritorious but not required, as the group language is English
  • Has good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel
  • Is proficient in computer usage

It is an advantage if you have

  • Previous experience in either operations or fund desk tasks
  • Basic knowledge of the fund market
  • Experience working in a bank or with finance
  • A completed post-secondary education in economics, finance, or equivalent. Recent graduates are welcome.
