About the role Do you want to be the face of an international company with modern offices in Sickla? At Middlepoint, we are currently looking for an engaged receptionist for our client! Together with a colleague, you will be responsible for creating a professional, welcoming, and smooth experience for visitors, customers, and employees. Here you will work in a dynamic and business-oriented environment where service, quality, and hospitality are in focus.
Your responsibilities will include among other things:
- Receiving and welcoming visitors, providing professional and service-oriented hospitality
- Handling access cards, mail, deliveries, and simple administrative tasks
- Managing orders for office supplies, consumables, and other office functions
- Acting as a contact person for suppliers, such as for cleaning, coffee, and office services
- Preparing and coordinating meetings, conferences, and internal events, including simple catering
- Ensuring order and comfort in the office environment, for example in the reception, kitchen, and conference areas
- Conducting regular rounds of the premises to ensure everything runs smoothly
- Supporting with various administrative tasks and ad hoc matters in daily work
- Participating in security routines, such as simple visitor introductions and evacuation procedures

You have a good ability to read different situations and adapt your hospitality to people and contexts. At the same time, you are self-reliant, take initiative, and have an eye for detail. We also believe that you have previous experience in service or reception, which makes you feel confident in handling varied tasks and meeting people in a professional and welcoming manner.
Requirements for the position
- Fluent in Swedish and English
- Previous experience in service, preferably in an office environment
- Comfortable with the Microsoft Office package
- Completed upper secondary education
About the employment
- Employment: Fixed-term (temporary) for approximately 12 months
- Working hours: 100% full-time
- Start: September 2026
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 07:45–16:45
