About the Role

As a Delivery & Contract Coordinator, you will work closely with our Delivery Manager and become an integral part of both the delivery and sales processes.

You will be responsible for keeping together many of the administrative and business-critical processes required for our deliveries to run smoothly.

Examples of tasks include:

• Administer and coordinate deliveries to customers.
• Draft, review, and administer contracts and contract appendices.
• Ensure contracts are valid and monitored throughout the contract period.
• Handle onboarding of consultants and other deliveries.
• Order and administer software licenses.
• Maintain ongoing dialogue with customers, partners, and subcontractors.
• Resolve issues and challenges before they develop into problems.
• Support the sales department with delivery and contract-related questions.
• Contribute to the company's work with quality management according to FR2000 and information security according to ISO 27001.
• Participate in the development of internal processes and routines.

Practical Information

Location: Nacka, Stockholm.

The work is primarily performed from our office. The role is based on close collaboration with colleagues and many daily contacts with customers and partners, making physical presence at the office an important part of the position.
