The Role

As a senior management consultant at Combitech and part of our team, you will work closely with clients and colleagues to sell, lead, and participate in strategic change and development projects focusing on key players within Swedish defense and industry.

You will actively contribute to building our business around the vision "The home for human superpower" with the mission "Leading with impact, shaping the future of Swedish industry." By focusing on customer needs, we create value and drive continuous change with long-term and sustainable effects.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for you who have approximately 5-10 years of work experience as a management consultant in strategy and transformation, and who have driven business growth and innovation. You are educated at the university or college level and have a proven ability to identify and realize business opportunities.

As a person, you are empathetic, analytical, and curious with strong communication skills. You are accustomed to being proactive in processes and enjoy working in teams. We would appreciate it if you have driven transformations or business model work in industry or defense, and applied methodologies such as agile or design-based approaches. Sales is a natural part of your work, and you find new business opportunities exciting.
