About the role
Our Store Support team consists of 11 people who support Synsam Group's approximately 500 stores in Sweden, Norway, Denmark, and Finland. Our goal is to deliver exceptional service that makes every store feel seen, and we work with dedication focused on high service delivery.

The role involves supporting stores from all Nordic countries, but in this position, you will primarily focus on Sweden and Norway. Support is provided primarily via phone and email. Your tasks include answering questions regarding Synsam's offers and products: eyewear and lens subscriptions for private customers, corporate agreements, and e-commerce. The questions cover everything from payments and deliveries to campaigns and system updates, and you will have broad contact areas within the organization.

  • Have previous experience in customer service or retail – this is a big plus.
  • Have good knowledge of Swedish and English (required), but Norwegian is also a big plus.

Much of your work will involve explaining complex matters in a pedagogical and light-hearted way.

About the position
You will be working on-site at our headquarters located on Kungsholmen in Stockholm. Start date according to agreement.
