Do you want to work in sales at a young tech company where the product is already on the market, the customer base is growing, and the next step is to really scale up sales?

On behalf of our client, we are now looking for a B2B sales representative for a company that develops a digital SaaS platform for car dealers. The product helps small and medium-sized car dealers primarily to gather several important parts of their daily work into one and the same system, such as contracts, advertisements, inventory, and connections with finance and insurance partners.

The company was founded by people with their own experience from the automotive industry, and the product was developed based on concrete problems they have seen in the market themselves. Today, the company has approximately 300 connected car dealers in Sweden, several established customers, and a steady stream of incoming leads.

They are now looking for a salesperson who wants to take a central role in the next growth phase. The role suits you who want to work closely with both customers and the product, where you get to combine new customer acquisition, business driving, and long-term customer responsibility.

The company name will be presented to candidates who proceed in the process.

About the role

In this role, you are responsible for processing small and medium-sized car dealers and driving new business from first contact to completed deal. You work primarily via phone and email, with a combination of mainly cold leads, but also existing prospects, incoming leads, and your own research.

An important part of the work will be to understand how the car dealer works today, what systems and routines are used, and where the platform can simplify daily life. You book and conduct demos, present the solution clearly, and follow up on the dialogue until the customer is ready to make a decision.

When a customer has signed, you are also involved in ensuring the customer gets started in a good way. This may involve ensuring the account is set up correctly, that the customer understands the system, and that questions, feedback, or improvement suggestions are captured internally.

The team and culture

The team currently consists of approximately eight full-time employees, with expertise in development, onboarding, meeting booking/sales support, leadership, and product development.

They work closely together in everyday life and have short decision-making paths. The culture is described as straightforward, relaxed, and flat, with a clear tech company feel but at the same time strong roots in the automotive industry.

As a salesperson, you will initially sit close to the team and receive training in the product, the industry, the customers' working methods, and relevant competitors.

You will mainly work with

  • Processing small and medium-sized used car dealers in Sweden
  • Contacting customers via phone and email with the goal of creating interest and booking demos
  • Conducting demos and showing how the platform can simplify the customer's workflow
  • Understanding the customer's needs and current routines, as well as handling common objections
  • Following up on customer dialogues and driving business forward to closure
  • Helping new customers through the initial onboarding
  • Maintaining customer relationships and capturing questions, feedback, and development needs
  • Working structured in CRM and keeping pipeline, activities, and follow-ups updated

Who we are looking for

We are looking for you who have a few years of sales experience and enjoy proactive customer contact. You are confident in the dialogue with new customers, have an easy time building trust, and are driven by creating business from first contact to closure.

You do not need to have worked with exactly the same type of product before, but you need to have good computer skills, the right drive, and the ability to quickly get into new systems, working methods, and the customer's daily life.

Experience from the automotive industry is a very strong merit, for example as a car salesperson, Account Manager, Key Account Manager, car dealer, or in another role related to the vehicle industry. However, it is not an absolute requirement if you are a strong sales profile with the right attitude, technical curiosity, and willingness to learn the industry.

We believe you will succeed best if you are hungry, humble, and persistent. You have thick skin, but are at the same time flat and curious enough to learn the product, customers, and industry in depth.

Must-haves

  • At least 2 years of sales experience
  • Good Swedish in speech and writing
  • Good computer skills and ease in learning digital systems
  • Comfortable with making cold calls and fearless in contacting new customers.

Meritorious

  • Experience from the automotive or vehicle industry
  • Experience in B2B sales or sales towards entrepreneurs/owners
  • Experience with SaaS, system sales, or other digital products
  • Experience in conducting product demos
  • Technical interest and curiosity for systems, product development, or digital flows

What is offered

Location: Kista

Scope: Full-time

Working hours: 09:30–17:00, including one hour for lunch

Work style: On-site initially. Once you have settled into the role and reached your goals, there is an opportunity for 2–3 days of remote work.

Start date: Immediately or as soon as possible

Salary: Fixed base salary + commission (uncapped)

Bonus: Three bonus levels linked to customer portfolio and clear criteria, with the possibility of larger one-time bonuses when goals are met.

Vacation: 25 days
