Do you want to combine business development, relationship building, and sales in a role where you help build the Swedish market?

We are looking for a driven Sales & Business Consultant who wants to play a key role in an international growth company's continued expansion in Sweden. Here, you will work closely with the company's Managing Director and contribute to creating long-term business while helping property owners prevent problems through innovative and sustainable solutions. This is a role for you who are motivated by building something long-term, taking ownership, and making a real difference.

About the role

The role is not just about sales but about developing the market. You will create demand among end customers, build strategic partnerships, and ensure the company's solutions reach the market through the right partners.

The role consists of three main focus areas:

Create demand among property owners

You build relationships with property owners, housing associations, technical consultants, and other decision-makers. You identify needs, initiate pilot projects, and create new business opportunities.

Build and develop the installer network

You recruit, train, and develop the company's network of installers within areas such as plumbing, sewage, and pest control. You conduct training and certifications and build long-term collaborations.

Develop cooperation with wholesalers

The company's products are already available with leading wholesalers. Your task will be to create engagement among local sales organizations through training, activities, and ongoing business development. You will also represent the company at trade fairs, customer events, and other industry activities.

About you

We are looking for someone who thrives with long-term business relationships and complex sales processes involving multiple decision-makers. You are used to planning your own work and are driven by developing business over time rather than quick closures.

We believe you have:

  • Experience in B2B sales and business development
  • An established network within the property industry in the Stockholm region
  • Experience in complex relationship-based sales
  • Understanding of how decisions are made among property owners and larger organizations
  • Experience working structuredly in CRM systems
  • Experience in giving presentations and conducting training
  • Very good skills in Swedish and English

It is meritorious if you have experience from, for example, property management, facility management, technical consulting firms, plumbing, pest control, or similar operations.

Other details

Location: Stockholm and surrounding area. Travel within other regions in Sweden is included in the role, as well as participation in trade fairs, customer events, and other industry-related activities during the year.

The assignment is carried out through your own company or via an own-employment solution. The compensation consists of a fixed monthly fee combined with a performance-based bonus. Compensation for travel and other agreed costs is paid according to agreement. The role involves regular travel within Sweden, and therefore you need to have a B-driving license and access to your own car.
