This could be the opportunity for you. We are now looking for a Customer Service Representative for an established company in the automotive industry, starting in mid-August.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people and can maintain a professional and positive tone regardless of the situation. You are used to working independently, taking responsibility for your tasks, and ensuring cases are resolved. The phone is your primary tool, and you communicate clearly, calmly, and with a service-oriented mindset.

As a person, you are structured, flexible, and attentive to customer needs. You naturally plan and prioritize your work and contribute to a positive atmosphere within the team.

  • Experience in customer service via phone and email
  • Proficiency in working with various systems
  • Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

What does the role entail?

In this role, you will become part of the customer service team, assisting customers via phone, email, and chat. You will handle inquiries regarding both products and services and collaborate closely with dealers to provide appropriate support. The work involves handling both simple and complex cases, and you will actively seek information within the organization to provide accurate answers.

The team works closely together, and you will contribute to good collaboration and shared results.

We conduct a background check that includes public information, such as criminal records. The data is handled confidentially and aims to ensure that the candidate meets the basic requirements for the role, where financial stability is a key component.
