About the Role

As a consultant, you will support our client through a comprehensive transformation, acting as a bridge between internal resources and external agencies. You will work in a tight-knit, efficient team and be responsible for driving marketing projects forward, with a focus on both operational creation and strategic coordination.

What We Offer

  • A flexible hybrid model with three days in the office in northern Stockholm and two days remote, along with a dynamic role offering significant opportunities to influence processes and working methods in a changing environment.

Responsibilities

The role involves a mix of operational production and coordination, ensuring that marketing communications flow smoothly during an ongoing organizational change.

  • Responsible for internal communication and information flows
  • Update and upload content to WordPress pages
  • Drive improvement work in the Dynamics CRM system
  • Produce marketing materials using Photoshop and InDesign
  • Coordinate collaboration with external agencies
  • Create and distribute newsletters
  • Lead and coordinate ongoing marketing projects

We are looking for someone with

  • Previous professional experience in a similar role
  • Very good knowledge of Photoshop and InDesign
  • Good understanding of CRM systems, preferably Dynamics
  • Ability to work independently and structured in a changing environment
  • Fluent Swedish language skills, both verbal and written

It is an advantage if you have

  • Knowledge of WordPress
  • Experience with Google Analytics
  • Basic understanding of UX principles
  • Experience with corporate social media
  • Industry knowledge within B2B
