Tenstar Simulation has a vision to change the world. We develop and sell simulator-based educational tools for schools and training companies. By doing so, we contribute to a more efficient, safe, and green training environment for future vehicle and machine operators. With comprehensive training programs combined with professional hardware and realistic graphics, users train in realistic virtual training environments for agriculture, construction, transport, traffic, and forestry. About the role
As a sales representative at Tenstar Simulation, you are often the first person our customers meet – and thus an important face of the company. In this role, you are responsible for the entire sales process – from initial contact to closing. You are based from your home location and have your main customer base in central and southern Sweden.
This is a job for you if you like taking initiative, enjoy being out among people, and appreciate working systematically with the sales process.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, conduct, and follow up on customer meetings, both digitally and in person.
- Understand customer needs, offer the right solutions, and provide ROI analyses.
- Document your work in our CRM system.
- Participate in trade shows and events.
- You enjoy meeting customers and spend approximately half of your working time traveling.
Qualifications:
- Previous sales experience, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Business experience within technical products/services.
- Ability to independently plan and conduct product demonstrations and meetings with new and existing customers.
- Background from one or more of the segments the role covers; construction, forestry, agriculture, vehicle/machinery.
- Good knowledge of Swedish and English.
It is an advantage if you have:
- Experience with public procurement.
- Experience in training within vehicles or heavy machinery.

You have a strong drive and a desire to develop in a fast-growing company. You enjoy working with a focus on results and a strong emphasis on making a difference for the end customer.

- Scope: Full-time, we apply a 6-month probation period
