Do you want to help build the future of partner business? At Konica Minolta, we work long-term with growth through strategic partnerships – we are now looking for a Senior Key Account Manager with a clear focus on creating new partnerships that drive business and growth.

About the role

As a Key Account Manager, you have a strategic and business-critical mission to develop Konica Minolta's partner business. You work proactively with business development and market engagement to build new partnerships that contribute to long-term growth and profitability.

The role involves significant personal responsibility where you drive the business from business analysis and partner strategy to agreements, implementation, and follow-up, in close collaboration with both external partners and internal functions.

The position is based at our office in Kista, and we apply a flexible working approach that allows for a combination of office work and remote work.

Your main responsibilities

  • Identify, analyze, and establish new strategic partnerships from first contact to agreements that create long-term business value.
  • Drive partner-based growth through new partner deals.
  • Develop and structure collaborations with partners that create mutual value.
  • Ensure efficient onboarding and continued development of newly established partners.
  • Work structured and data-driven in CRM with forecasts, pipeline, and follow-up.
  • Contribute actively to the overall partner strategy and the development of Konica Minolta's offering.

We are looking for someone who has

  • At least 5 years of experience in B2B sales and documented experience in partner sales, preferably from the industry or related Tech/IT sector.
  • Documented and multi-year experience in proactively identifying, initiating, and developing new strategic partnerships.
  • Strong communication skills and a good ability to negotiate and build trust.
  • Business acumen, strategic understanding, and a solution-oriented approach.
  • Very good communication skills in Swedish and English.
