About the role

As a Courier Support, you are the go-to contact person for Airmee's drivers during their shifts. When something unexpected happens, they turn to you.

You guide drivers through various situations, help find solutions when deliveries do not go according to plan, and ensure they have the right conditions to succeed. If needed, you also support customers with questions regarding their deliveries.

The work takes place via phone, chat, and email in a team characterized by collaboration, quick decisions, and high energy. This role suits you if you like thinking fast, prioritizing correctly, and making a difference when it really matters.

Evenings are your time

This position is perfect for you if you prefer working in the afternoon and evening. During evening shifts, the pace is high, many deliveries are in progress simultaneously, and you become a vital part of the team ensuring everything works all the way to the last delivery of the day.

We prefer that you have a completed upper secondary education and can communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.

Previous experience in customer service, support, logistics, or roles with many touchpoints is advantageous, as is experience with Intercom or other support systems – but the most important factor is your attitude.

Practical information

Client: Airmee
Start: Immediately/agreed upon
Scope: 80–100%, permanent employment with an initial probation period
Location: Central Stockholm (near Hötorget)

Working hours: The role is primarily located in the evenings, Monday–Friday 14:30–23:00, with work on some weekends according to schedule. Support is open between 08:00–23:00, but this role is for you if you thrive best when the workday starts later and the delivery pace is in full swing!
