Do you want to develop business towards both the public and private sectors – with a focus on procurement? We are looking for a business-driven Key Account Manager with a clear focus on the public sector and LOU (Public Procurement Act), while the role also includes responsibility for selected customers in the private sector.

About the Role
As a Key Account Manager, you have overall responsibility for a number of key customers, where a large part of the business is conducted through procurements according to LOU. At the same time, you will also work with and develop business within the private sector, making the role both broad and strategic. You drive the business from initial contact to long-term agreements and ensure that we are a strong partner regardless of the business model.
Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities:
- Responsible for and developing key customers in both the public and private sectors
- Drive business according to LOU – from monitoring and analysis to final bids
- Build long-term relationships with procurers, decision-makers, and purchasing functions
- Actively work on upselling and development even outside of procured contracts
- Collaborate with internal functions (purchasing, logistics, assortment) to ensure competitive offers
- Follow market trends and identify new business opportunities
Education and Experience
We believe you have:
- Experience in KAM or business responsibility within B2B
- Good understanding of LOU and procurement processes
- Ability to combine structured bidding business with relationship-based sales
- Strong business acumen and a clear results focus
- Experience from white goods or a related industry is an advantage
