Job Description
We are looking for a research assistant to work on Elin Svahn's research project Non-Retranslation in Swedish Translation History, funded by the Swedish Research Council (Ref. 2024-01055).
The duties will primarily consist of bibliographical work to locate literary works that are to be published in an open access database. Other tasks related to the research project and simpler administrative duties may also be included.
Qualifications
We are looking for you who have a master's degree in Translation Studies or equivalent. You should have documented experience and/or interest in (non-)retranslations, bibliographical work, canonization processes, and/or archival material.
The applicant needs to be self-motivated and able to organize their work efficiently. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
About the Position
The position is fixed-term and covers 15% for one year. The work can be performed partially remotely. Start date by agreement.
