About the assignment

We are looking for a full-time recruiter for our client in Upplands Väsby for a consultancy assignment via Bemannia, starting September 1st and ending January 29th. The role is a full-time position (100%).

Your responsibilities

The responsibilities include, among other things, working with active search.

The duties also encompass:

• Independent work with individual or all steps in the recruitment process, including creating job profiles, advertising, selection, interviews, and reference checks.
• Collaboration with hiring managers and recruitment colleagues.

Your qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience working independently with recruitment and leading own recruitment processes.
• Experience with competency-based recruitment.
• Access to LinkedIn Recruiter, as the role requires active search.

Meritorious

• A university degree in a relevant field (e.g., Human Resources, Behavioral Science).
