You have gained a couple of years of experience in the real estate industry and feel ready for the next step. You will become part of a client team leading complex assignments where business, workplace strategy, real estate markets, and negotiation meet. Gradually, you will take on greater responsibility and develop in line with your experience and ambition.

• Reducing space costs without compromising on operational needs

• Negotiating commercial lease agreements

Who are you?

You are curious, driven, and unpretentious. You enjoy understanding complex contexts and thrive when given responsibility while having experienced colleagues to learn from. You want to develop both professionally and personally.

We see that you have:

• A couple of years of experience from the real estate industry, for example from a consultancy firm, a property company, or within a real estate department.
• High logical and analytical ability, as well as an interest in complex issues.
• Business acumen and a desire to build long-term and trust-based relationships.
• An academic degree, such as a Master of Science in Engineering, Master of Science in Business and Economics, or a Master's in Urban Planning.
• Curiosity about how new technology and AI can streamline working methods, strengthen decision-making, and increase customer value.
• Good communication skills in Swedish and English.
