The Guard Company Amf4 is growing and has expanded tasks that extend across large parts of the country. Therefore, we are now looking for tactical and specialist officers for the company staff at the Guard Company.

The company's main tasks are to protect and guard the Gothenburg garrison, the Skredsvik base, as well as external protection objects along the west coast. The company also handles tasks such as transport protection, ad hoc guard duties, CUAS (Counter-Unmanned Aircraft Systems), military police service, staffing assignments, as well as training and development of its own personnel.

The Guard Company also has the task of forming a guard battalion for the wartime organization. The guard battalion's tasks include, among other things, monitoring, guarding, or protecting temporary base areas and conducting escorts. This involves extensive work with planning and conducting annual wartime unit courses, special officer training, and wartime unit exercises.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Tactical Officer at least OF1 or Specialist Officer at least OR6
• Category B Driver's License
• Good proficiency in ground combat service.

As an officer in the Guard Company, high demands are placed on personal maturity and good social competence. You should find it easy to handle new people, be outgoing, and have an eye for detail. You should also be stress-resistant, able to adjust your pace, and act decisively under your own responsibility if the situation so requires. Great importance will be attached to personal suitability.

• Employment Type: Full-time 100% according to the Officers Ordinance with a probation period of 6 months. Individual salary setting applies.
