About the Department
The Tactics Department is part of the Combat School's training unit, which conducts courses, both internal and program-bound, for the Army's officers, specialist officers, and reserve officers. The courses target officers who, in their career progression, should be able to serve at levels ranging from company commander to staff officer in a brigade staff. They also target specialist officers who should be able to serve as functional representatives, staff members, or training coordinators at the battalion level.
About the Position
Your main tasks will be to conduct training for officers and specialist officers at courses organized by the Combat School (MSS), such as the Tactical Course Army (TaK A), Higher Specialist Officer Education (HSOU), and various professional and position courses (YKB) with the target group of officers and specialist officers in the Army's maneuver units. You will prepare orders, exercise plans, and lesson materials for the training. You will conduct training and training projects independently, with support from colleagues when necessary. You will support the section chief with decision-making materials regarding resource issues, as well as planning, implementation, and evaluation of training. Additionally, you will participate in project groups within MSS to contribute a training perspective to development work in various areas.

Qualifications
- Officer OF2
- Specialization in Land Combat (Markstrid)
- Category B Driver's License
Meritorious Experience
Experience in the position of company commander in a maneuver company.
Experience in staff work and command methods at the maneuver battalion and/or brigade level.
Personal Qualities
You possess good leadership skills and a pronounced social ability that encourages creative discussions, where mentoring is a natural part of developing and broadening the perspectives of the individual. You have an interest in developing your tactical understanding and the relationship between proven experience and new research. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.

The Combat School is an Army-wide school for the development, education, and training of the Army's war units. The school educates officers and specialist officers, plans and conducts exercises, and trains war units in advanced combat training facilities.
