Do you want to work as an HR Specialist within the Regional Staff HR department? Now is the opportunity to work with both practical HR issues close to managers and more overarching issues for the entire region.

As an HR Specialist within the Regional Staff HR department, you will serve as an HR support for managers within the regional staff and take responsibility for certain common processes. The regional work includes having specific coordinating responsibility for international recruitment, some internship coordination, and contacts with adult education centers (folkhögskolor). You will work both long-term and operationally with our educational mandate, internship coordination, and some physician recruitment.

The work involves a great variety of tasks, and you move comfortably between strategic perspectives and operational application. The role also involves many contact surfaces where you collaborate with managers, HR colleagues, and other functions within the operations. You drive your issues forward while being part of a team where we support each other and share knowledge.

As support for the managers, you will handle matters regarding labor law, payroll, work environment, rehabilitation, and individual cases.

About you

We are looking for you who have a university degree with a focus on HR/PA. The work requires experience in HR.

To be successful in this role, you must be self-motivated and have good collaboration and communication skills. You have a consultative approach and believe it is important to work with everyone's equal value and right to knowledge and education. You work in a structured way and take responsibility for driving your issues independently. You have the ability to create trusting relationships and are non-hierarchical in your way of working.

You speak and write fluently in both Swedish and English.
